Health and Nutrition
We participate in the California Food Program and have an onsite kitchen and cook, so all meals are homemade with love and care with emphasis on nutrition and child friendly options.
Exploration
Children learn by engaging the world around them in meaningful ways. With a trusted adult as their guide, they learn to interpret, interact, and build on life experiences. Our facility allows for extensive exploration both indoors and out for a broad base of life experiences which allows the children to grow and develop in a safe and nurtured setting.
Self-discovery
Our spaces are created to provide a safe, but stimulating atmosphere with the ability for various exposures. While teachers lead many group activities throughout the day, we set aside time for individual interests and pursuits to be followed. A child who is interested and learns through self discovery builds confidence and will retain the lesson for a lifetime.
Play based curriculum
Evidence based practices have shown that children learn best through play. Our curriculum is based on building a foundation for learning through multiple forms of stimulation and exposure. Children want to touch, feel, see, and do. With guided experiences through many realms of encounters, children are learning appropriate social interactions, balance and coordination, healthy eating habits and physical activity, culture, natural sciences, and other life skills while also learning the fundamentals of ABC and 123s.
Hands-on experience
Our rich curriculum includes weekly themes and assemblies with daily enrichment activities. Children learn about culture through holiday events and celebrations. To supplement this, we host many special events. In the past, we have hosted pony rides, visiting farm animals, the Roaming Reptiles presentation, and many more. Professional staff
